First off, I was planning on doing my elaborate "I'M BACK!" blog today but I worked from 7am-3:30pm and when I got home I had to go out and I got back at 8.. and after cleaning, showering and the kiddos.. it's now 11:00pm.  BUT I just read something that was so SHOCKING that I need to blog about it!

Well, I've been wondering how my Maternity Leave thing works.  I was thinking it has to be PAID leave right?!  But then again.. getting paid for a month... yea right, I work for the cheapo government.  So I searched "Wiki Maternity Leave" on Yahoo and came across this Wiki page - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maternity_leave  My jaws just dropped, while I was reading.  Especially when I scrolled down to the "Parental leave rights in different countries around the world" chart.  Look at how the US compared to other countries!

Well, that's all I have for tonight.  Leave me some feedback...

I went to see a performance last weekend that was so powerful and moving that it left me in tears.  I was determined to find the song that was played in the performance, and in my search, I also found out that the act is done throughout many churches/events nationwide.  I also found a video on YouTube of the same skit I saw.  Much more powerful in person, but the video itself still speaks volumes.

Two of my fav lipsticks, the first one is by Trucco, and unfortunately no shade label on it and the second one is Nars Blonde Venus.  And Nars blushes or course! And I really need something better to cover my dark under eye circles... but I can't find anything that covers very well AND looks natural. T

Something that taste good.. I like sour stuff too.  Is there anything with a grape flavor?  I need a "What to order at the bar for Dummies" book.

okie here's another picture I just took with the Sony Cybershot Army got me on Black Friday.

wow I didn't realize how different the color looks in each photo, until I looked at them together in this blog.  Different camera & different lighting I guess.. but it looks more like the top photo.. slightly warmer though.

It came out much lighter than I thought it would, even the colorist was surprised.  She said I can come back in to get low lights added.  She'll do it for free if I come in within two weeks.  So we'll see... whatcha guys think?

OR I SHOULD HAVE JUST GOTTEN MY HAIR COLORED A DARK COLOR!

I purchased a 10 gallon glass tank off eBay to rehouse the hermit crabs into a larger home, so they'd have more room to roam around.  The glass tank came with some hermit crab shells too.  When I saw the shells, I doubted that the hermies would like them since they were either oddly shaped or didn't seem to be a good size to "upgrade" to.  But I placed the shells in the cage anyway for them to explore.  I moved everything over to the new tank last night.. and around 11:30pm I went to check up on them, and to my amazement "Bob bob" had changed his shell!  I haven't taken a picture of Bob bob before, but that's Avani's hermie and he has a Spongebob shell.  Avani calls him Bob bob.    I was disappointed that I didn't get to witness the change, I thought I would never be able to actually see it.    Well, I picked him up to examine how well the shell fits him, but it looks like it was probably too small since he couldn't pull back in all the way.  I placed him back down, then picked up his empty Spongebob shell and grabbed it.  That's when I went to get my camera to ake some pictures.  I had a feeling that he wanted to change back into his old shell.  Then I put the shell back down, and immediately he crawled back to his Spongebob shell, grabbed it and he looked up at meI did get to take a couple pictures of him earlier in his new shell and then when I noticed that he wanted to change back into his Spongebob shell, I went to get the camcorder to record the action.  Check it out!
